Shape: Narrow, elongated, bluntly ovoid, anterior pole truncated, slightly wider than posterior pole, polar profile circular, dorso­ventrally flattened (Figs 225 & 227).

Characteristics: Egg marked on all surfaces with hexagonal cells with flat floors. Cell walls moderately wide, slightly elevated (Figs 227 & 228). Aeropyles present on anterior pole and narrower lateral sides, slightly elevated, openings very small (Figs 225 & 226). Chorion smooth (Fig. 228).
