Shape: Broad, spherical, polar profile circular, slightly dorso­ventrally flattened (Fig. 39).

Characteristics: Egg marked all over by hexagonal cells with flat floors and moderately broad and moderately elevated cell walls (Figs 39–41). Cells in micropylar area with narrowly reticulated walls (Figs 37 & 38). Aeropyles conspicuous, elevated, domed, openings moderately large (Fig. 41); absent from the middle section of the dorsal wider side (Fig. 39). Chorion rough, undulating and finely wrinkled (Figs 40 & 41).
