Shape: Broad, bluntly ovoid, polar profile subcircular, dorsoventrally flattened (Figs 99, 101 & 102).
Characteristics: Egg marked all over by hexagonal cells with flat floor, narrow, slightly elevated cell walls (Figs 99–105). Aeropyles elevated domed, openings small, only present on poles and area adjacent to poles (Figs 99, 101, 102, 104). Chorion shallowly ridged, folded (Figs 103 & 105).
