Diagnosis. Adult ( Fig. 4 ) with wingspan 16.0– 18.5 mm in male and 18.0– 19.5 mm in female. This species is similar to V. unicispina sp. nov. superficially by having the same wing color and the inwardly arched antemedial line of forewing, and the differences between them are stated under V. unicispina sp. nov.

Distribution. China (Yunnan), Vietnam (Khánh Hòa).

Remarks. The species is recorded in China for the first time.
