Terebratulina reevei Dall, 1920 View in CoL
( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7. A B)
This is a small species, characterized by coarsely ribbed ornamentation. It was found only in material collected during the Norfolk 2 cruise, at two stations on Jumeau East and Zorro seamounts ( Zezina 2005; present study ― Tables 1, 2) Around the main island of New Caledonia, however, it is one of the most frequently encountered species ( Laurin 1997). Its depth range on the Norfolk Ridge is 422 to 1000 m ( Fig. 14 View FIGURE 14 ). Terebratulina reevei was originally described from off the Philippines ( Dall 1920; Cooper 1973a) but it is known also from off Celebes and Borneo ( Zezina 1981a). Recently it was found in the Fiji region ( Bitner 2006b, 2008).
