Remarks. We present a new locality record for this species at Mount Trus Madi. The locality record in Mount Trus Madi is not surprising given the seemingly wide distribution of this species.
Distribution. Philippines (Leyte, Luzon); Borneo (Mount Kinabalu and Mount Trus Madi [new locality record] in Sabah); Micronesia.
Type locality. PHILIPPINES, Luzon , Manila (lost holotype), Mayoyao (neotype).
