Distribution in the Arabian Peninsula: Qatar ( Walker & Pittaway 1987), Saudi Arabia ( Abu Zoherah et al. 1993; Gadallah & El-Barty 2011), United Arab Emirates ( Schmid-Egger 2017 as Parabatozonus fuliginosus ), Yemen ( Kohl 1906 as Pompilus fuliginosus ; Wahis 2000a).
Extralimital distribution: Whole Africa to Iran and Pakistan ( Arnold 1937; Priesner 1955; Junco y Reyes 1963; Ebrahimi et al. 2008).
