Description:Measurements. Body: 10.5-10.7mm,Forewing Length: 9.0- 9.2 mm, Width: 2.3- 2.5 mm.

Head: Generally brown, glabrous. Antennal flagellomeres 25-26, simple, flagellum slender, significantly shorter than prothorax, lacks pale band in distal third. Labrum, palpi and mandibles yellow except the outer margin dark brown.

Thorax: Anterior margin with anterodorsally directed cusp; pronotal mid- section cylindrical, pronotum in dorsal view lacks transverse ridges, surface granulated. Prothorax longer than pterothorax, Pterothorax: lacks setae but pubescent, light brown with a pair of dark brown to blackish longitudinal stripes. Mesonotum furrows conspicuous, meet at prominent central furrow, central furrow shaped as conical pit, pit slightly anteriorly directed; mesoscutellum triangular, terminates just posterior to central furrow.

Legs: Fore coxa and trochanter pale, granulated, femur and tibia black; tarsus brown. Mid and hind legs mostly yellow; meso and metatarsus with segment I more than double in length than segments II-IV combine; segment

IV shortest; segment V flat anterodorsally; meso and metatarsus claws comprising 3-4 teeth.

Wings: Hyaline - radial cells comparatively compressed into box- like shapes. Veins mostly brown except Sc and R yellowish brown in both wings. Pterostigma simple, reddish-brown, Forewing: costal space terminates just distal to commencement of Rs; 4 RA cells with 5 Rs branches; A2 simple and fused with A3 basally; CuP straight distal to CuP-A1. Hindwing: A 1 in hindwing forked and fused with CuA for significant distance distal to fork.

Abdomen: Ground color is yellow with black stripes. Anterior sternites with one black stripe at posterior margins, rest of sternites completely yellow.

Distribution: Israel, India (Madhya Pradesh).
