Diagnosis. Dima giachinoi is a medium-sized species (body length: 11.3–14.2 mm) easily recognizable by the relatively short antennae ( Figs 42–44 View FIGURES 30 – 44 ), shiny pronotum with moderately large sparse punctures on disc and denser on margins ( Fig. 135 View FIGURES 131 – 142 ), flattened scutellum and long, semi-erect body pubescence. The sclerotized spines of bursa copulatrix as in Fig. 230 View FIGURES 222 – 233 .

Distribution. Greece (Euboea: Dirphys Mts.; Fig. 245 View FIGURE 245 ).

Remark. We did not have an opportunity to study the holotype of D. giachinoi (deposited in the MRSN, Torino), but we studied all paratypes, which have the same locality data as the holotype. Due to the short antennae and type of body pubescence, it is possible that this species is conspecific with D. isabellae , which was described only from a single female specimen and occurs in the same area ( Fig. 245 View FIGURE 245 ).
