Type: Holotype ♂: “ TYPE ” // “Kafue. Lusaka ZAMBIE.XII.89” // “Minetti R. Leg.” // “dét. BERENGER J-M Ectomocoris myriamae n. sp. ” [hw Bérenger ] ( Fig. 13 View FIGURE 13 ).

Type locality: Zambie, Lusaka : Kafue [ Republic of Zambia].

Current status: Valid species.

Remarks: The original description indicated that paratypes are deposited in the author’s own collection.
