Description

Marginal fold S-shaped ( Fig. 3B View Figure 3 ), terminating at posterior tip of sorting area; oesophageal aperture at tip of marginal fold recurved segment; sorting area rectangular, tapering, curving posteriorly to pointed tip; left margin of sorting area with slight anterior bulge; large, flattened, rounded sorting area pad present at left, posterior end of sorting area, with fine, subparallel striae on surface; accessory marginal fold straight, forming deep pocket overhanging posterior tip of sorting area; anterior flap and crescentic pads lacking; large glandular pad forming long, tall narrow mound, extending far posterior to gastric shield; single digestive gland duct opening at left of glandular pad; crescentic ridge long, curving, adhering closely to glandular pad, extending from digestive gland duct to right side of glandular pad just behind gastric shield (gs); proximal crescentic ridge paired; accessory pads, caecum, and caecal folds lacking; U-shaped fold present below lip of style sac; typhlosoles unfused.
