Description. Length of male 4.3 mm, female 4.7 mm. Overall color greenish brown, without distinct markings, dorsal part of head stramineous, face ventrad of median concavity dark brown, legs stramineous. Head with dorsal projections in dorsal view separated from each other by more than length of each projection; frontal carina absent medially, weakly delimited laterally. Pronotum without median posterior crest. Female sternite VII with median posterior notch about three times wider than deep.

Material examined. Holotype male, Colombia: Cundinamarca, Facatativa-Anolaima road, 2600 m., July 15, 1967, P. & B. Wygodzinsky ( AMNH) . Paratype female, same data ( AMNH) .

Note. The species is named in honor of Petr and Bona Wygodzinsky, collectors of the type series .
