Damparengpui, 17.v.2019, Coll. S. S.Jahan.
Diagnostic characters: Body length 6 mm. Yellowish green; vertex sub-angularly produced, anteriorly with transverse fuscous stripe; eyes red with two longitudinal white lines; lateral region of pronotum carinate; forewings light green to subhyaline; end of clavus with black spot; hind wings hyaline.
Distribution: India: Chhattisgarh, Mizoram and West Bengal. Elsewhere: China, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Philippines and Thailand.
Remarks: This species has been recorded for the first time from Mizoram.
