Distribution. Hubei, Zhejiang.

Host plants. Indocalamus longiauritus , Indocalamus sp. ( Poaceae )

Biology. Living on stem of its bamboo host under leaf sheath.

Material examined. Ƥ, HUBEI: Houhe Natural Reserve Area, Wufeng county, on Indocalamus longiauritus , 12 July 1999, coll. San-an Wu (holotype); 2ƤƤ, ZHEJIANG: Lin-an city, on Indocalamus sp., 9 Aug. 2008, coll. Jin Liu.

Remarks. This species was named by Wu (2001) based on a single specimen. Two other adult females collected from Zhejiang were examined for this paper. The latter specimens differ from the holotype in the presence of a small circulus on the venter of abdominal segment III. A new illustration is given here based on one of these specimens.
