Material examined. Holotype: ♂, Guangzhou ( Canton ), Guangdong, China, other information unknown. The type material is deposited in Shanghai Entomological Museum, Chinese Academy of Science ( Shanghai Institute of Entomology, Academia Sinica).
Distribution. China ( Guangdong).
Discussion. We examined the holotype of Xizicus ( Xizicus) juxtafurcus ( Xia & Liu, 1990) and provide some illustrations of important morphological characters. Up to now, only the holotype of Xizicus ( Xizicus) juxtafurcus is known and we have not collected any added specimens.
