Material examined. Russia: 4 adult males (holotype and paratypes), Russian Far East, Khabarovsk Territory, Amursky District , mouth of Kharpi River (Amur River basin), 49.685000 N, 135.624722 E, 3.V.2008, leg. N. Yavorskaya. GoogleMaps
Comments. The male of this species is described in detail from Amur River basin of the Russian Far East ( Makarchenko & Makarchenko 2009) and therefore below we give only brief diagnosis.
Description
Adult male. Total length 5.4–5.5 mm. Temporal setae absent. Clypeus with 36–45 setae. Head width/palpal length 1.22. AR 2.5–2.6. Acrostichals absent, dorsocentrals 11–13 in 1 row, prealars 3–4, supraalars 0–1. Scutellum with 10–12 setae. Wing length 3.15–3.25 mm. Anal lobe strongly projecting. Squama with 38–45 setae. LR 1 0.74– 0.76, BV 1 2.18–2.40, SV 1 2.41–2.51.
Hypopygium ( Figs. 28–34 View FIGURES 28–34 ). Anal point bare, 25–35 μm long. Tergite IX with 50–70 setae; laterosternite IX with 8–10 setae. Transverse sternapodeme 155–183 μm long. Gonostylus 143–160 μm long; basal lobe of gonostylus 300 μm long. Megaseta of gonostylus 18 μm long. Gonocoxite 188 μm long; inferior volsella 120–188 μm long; superior volsella 120–140 μm long; median volsella with long and straight basal part 88–100 μm long, and apical part 28–30 µm long as spinous process directed near at right angles to basal part; outer margin of median volsella with sparse hair-like setae ( Figs. 30–33 View FIGURES 28–34 ). Pupa and larva unknown.
Distribution. Known only from type locality—the Low Amur River basin (Russian Far East).
