Pileus 5–15 mm diam., circular to convex; surface slightly wrinkled, glabrous, thin- membranaceous light brown (7D6). Context thick, light brown (7D6) (concolorous with pileus). Lamellae adnate, subdistant with 1–2 series of lamellulae, thin- membranaceous, light brown (7D6). Stipe 15–25 × 0.5–0.75 mm, terete, equal, enlarged at base, curved, insititious, pruinose, tough, dull, dry, light brown (7D6) to brown (5F6) ( Fig.2‒B, C View FIGURE 2 ).

Basidiospores 8.8–11.5 × 1.8–4.5 µm, lacrimoid, smooth, hyaline, thin-walled ( Fig.2D View FIGURE 2 ) Basidia not seen. Cheilocystidia abundant, 22.8–28.6×4.6–6.7 µm, clavate to broadly clavate, hyaline, thin-walled ( Fig.2F View FIGURE 2 ). Pileipellis of long and thin, thin-walled, hyaline, up to 26–30 μm wide and coralloid hyphae. Clamp connections present ( Fig. 2E View FIGURE 2 ).

Culture characteristics: Colonies growing on PDA, reaching 8 cm diam after two weeks at 25 oC, circular, cottony, white, flossy, velvety, flat elevation, without pigments produced in PDA.

Material examined: CHINA, Guangxi Province, Pubei , isolated as an endophytic fungus from healthy living stem of Aquilaria sinensis , 22 November 2020, Shiyu Zhang, GX-6-1 (HKAS-124582), living culture KUNCC22- 12451 .
