1. Length: 7.5mm (male). Frons and postclypeus with lateral carina indistinct, frons with median carina broad with each adjacent depressed area without gibbosities; fore wings with ratio of length to maximum width 2.8:1 (see Melichar, 1914: 73, Fig. 22; Distant, 1916: 54, fig. 37); male genital capsule with anal tube long and gonostylus with dorsal prominence slightly basad of mid-length ( Fig. 2 View FIGURES 2 – 10. 2.
