EUROPE: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Byelorussia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, European Turkey, France, Great Britain, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Montenegro, Moldavia, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia (Central and South European territories), Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland and Ukraine. Based on the evidence discovered in this study, we hypothesize that remaining species in the genus Eysarcoris that have simple parameres should be reassessed, and it is possible that several more species may need to be transferred to the genus Stagonomus ; this may require a complete revision of the genus.
