Specimens examined. Holotype: ♂ ( SCAU, No. 120635), CHINA: Huolushan, Guangzhou , Guangdong, 23°10ʹ N, 113°22ʹ E, altitude 130 m, 5.iv.2005, on tree trunk, MF Xu GoogleMaps . Paratypes: CHINA: 2♂ 1♀ ( SCAU, Nos 120636-38), same data as holotype GoogleMaps .

Diagnosis. Aedeagus broadened, slightly bifid medially, with 1 pair of small projections and pubescence ( Fig. 14 View FIGURES 11–14 ); gonopods with 1 acute projection medially ( Fig. 14 View FIGURES 11–14 ); 10th sternite with 1 pair of asymmetric projections sublaterally ( Fig. 13 View FIGURES 11–14 ).

Description. Male and female: Pedicel grey-yellow; first flagellomere mostly black. Palpus yellow basally, black distally. Katepisternum dark brown on upper part, white on lower part. Legs brown to dark brown, white on basal parts of all femora and distal part of mid and hind tibiae, yellow-brown on 1st to 4th tarsomeres of all legs. Fore femur with 4 setae on distal half of ventral surface. Male terminalia: Epandrium with approximately 21 setae near posterior to ventral margin on each body-side ( Fig. 11 View FIGURES 11–14 ). Surstylus broadened submedially ( Fig. 12 View FIGURES 11–14 ). Cercus with sporadic pubescence ( Fig. 11 View FIGURES 11–14 ). Plate between hypandrium and aedeagus lacking pubescence ( Fig. 14 View FIGURES 11–14 ).

Measurements: BL = 2.72 mm in holotype (range in 2♂ 1♀ paratypes: 2.66–3.12 mm in ♂, 2.53 mm in ♀); ThL = 1.41 mm (1.38–1.44 mm in ♂, 1.31 mm in ♀); WL = 2.30 mm (2.28–2.40 mm in ♂, 2.23 mm in ♀); WW = 1.28 mm (1.22–1.28 mm in ♂, 1.20 mm in ♀). Indices: arb = 8/6 (8/7), avd = 0.92 (0.80–0.86), adf = 1.08 (1.08–1.25), flw = 1.83 (1.69–1.92), FW/HW = 0.37 (0.37–0.41), ch/o = 0.07 (0.07–0.08), prorb = 1.08 (1.04), rcorb = 0.68 (0.67–0.74), vb = 0.26 (0.19–0.23), dcl = 0.39 (0.43–0.46), presctl = 0.63 (0.59–0.65), sctl = 1.36 (1.31–1.45), sterno = 0.94 (0.92), orbito = 2.43 (1.88–2.14), dcp = 0.19 (0.18–0.21), sctlp = 1.42 (1.15– 1.29), C = 1.94 (1.72–1.86), 4c = 1.26 (1.31–1.44), 4v = 1.78 (1.77–1.92), 5x = 1.15 (1.08–1.15), ac = 8.50 (8.50–9.00), M = 0.56 (0.52–0.56), C3F = 0.66 (0.57–0.65).
