Genus Microlithosia Daniel, 1954
Daniel, 1954, Bonn. Zool. Beitr. 5 (1-2): 135.
Type species: Microlithosia shaowuica Daniel, 1954 , by monotypy.
Distribution: China (Fujian, Hunan, Guangdong) (Dubatolov & Kishida 2012); North Vietnam (de Joannis 1928); Thailand ( Černý & Pinratana 2009); Borneo ( Holloway 2001); Malay Peninsula ( Bucsek 2012); India ( Kirti & Singh 2016).
Diagnosis: Morphologically, the species of Microlithosia Daniel , Bucsekia Dubatolov & Kishida and Wittia De Freina are small, generally yellowish or orange, and can only be distinguished on the basis of male genitalia. The most striking character of Microlithosia is a long process originating from the aedeagus. The process is apically covered with small spines and is absent in both of its closely related genera. Furthermore, absence of a long process arising from sacculus, directed basally (in Bucsekia ) also separate Microlithosia from Bucsekia .
