Type locality: Australia, Lord Howe Island , off Ball’s Pyramid, from 31°49.11′ S, 159°20.74′ E to 31°49.44′ S, 159°20.39′ E, depth 86–89 meters GoogleMaps .

Distribution: known from off Ball’s Pyramid (southeast of Lord Howe Island) and off Lord Howe Island, possibly occurs off southeast Queensland, Australia.

Type locality: Australia, Western Australia, north of Dampier Archipelago , from 19°26.78′ S, 116°41.51′ E to 19°26.97′ S, 116°41.37′ E, depth 103 to 106 meters GoogleMaps .

Distribution: known from the North West Shelf off Western Australia eastwards to the Arafura Sea, Northern Territory.
