The cornigera View in CoL species group
The cornigera species group is diagnostic by the forewing with the costal and ventral areas densely covered with dark scales forming ill-defined dark bands along the basal 2/5 to 3/4, respectively, and the dorsum with two pale parallel streaks; by the male genitalia having an elongate campaniform uncus, a lingulate gnathos, and a valva with an overlapped setose area distally; and by the female genitalia having a corpus bursae with a pair of signa that bear small denticles and usually are edged with larger teeth.
This group includes six described species: P. calathiscias Meyrick, 1937 and P. cornigera Meyrick, 1918 from India; P. cuillerella Lvovsky, 2013 from Vietnam; and P. flavescens Wang, Zheng & Li, 1997 , P. fuscimaculata Wang, 2006 , and P. yunnanella Lvovsky, 2010 from China. Six new species are described below.
