Aus den letzten 20 Jahren liegen dem CSCF nur zwei andere Funde aus dem Wallis vor. Wieso A. municipalis aus den übrigen Gebieten (GE, VD, TI, GR, TG) verschwunden sein soll, ist nicht ersichtlich. Die Bestimmung der Arten der Untergattung Xenocelia Hieke, 2000 (vergleiche auch A. fusca ) ist schwierig und erfolgt am besten über das männliche Genital.
