Diagnosis. Male. Hyaline wings; antennae as long as combined length of head and thorax; metathorax rugose; smooth and shining metasoma.
Female. Unknown.
Distribution. India: Northern India, Myanmar. ( Smith 1875; Magretti 1892).
Note. The types of M. smithii are not available and since the taxonomic status and validity of the same cannot be confirmed, the species is kept unplaced for the time being.
