Pronotum subpentagonal, widest at basal margin, anterior margin rounded, anterior angles slightly produced laterally, lateral margins concave, basal margin bisinuous, median longitudinal carina forming areola at posterior half. Prosternum and mesosternum trapezoidal. Elytra 3.7× longer than humeral width, bearing irregular subquadrate cells. Hind femora as long as tibiae, 2.8× longer than trochanter length. Aedeagus with phallus widened in basal 2/5–3/ 5 in dorsal aspect, phallus apex subcylindrical ( Fig. 14A, B View FIGURES 11–14 ). Phallobase elongate, with medium-sized latero-apical thorns placed in the base of suspensorial arms. Junction between base of phallus and phallobase slightly elongate and narrowed ( Fig. 14A, C View FIGURES 11–14 ). Body length: about 5.7 mm, humeral width: 1.3 mm.
Etymology: species named after the holotype occurrence site.
Distribution: Mexico (South portion, Tabasco state, Teapa municipality) ( Fig. 18 View FIGURE 18 ).
