Distribution in Iran: Alborz ( Esmaili & Rastegar 1974; Ebrahimi 2014), Ardabil ( Ebrahimi 2005, 2014), East Azerbaijan ( Ghazi-Soltani et al. 2010a, b), Fars (Ebrahimi 2014, Atbaei et al. 2015), Guilan, Khuzestan, Mazandaran ( Ebrahimi 2005, 2014), Tehran ( Ebrahimi 2005), West Azerbaijan ( Ebrahimi 2005, 2014).

Remarks: The subspecies Larra anathema anathema has been recorded from Iran ( Atbaei et al. 2015).
