Distribution in Iran: West Azerbaijan ( Sakenin et al. 2010).

General distribution: Iran, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan. Remarks: This species was first recorded as Ancistromma asiaticum Gussakovskij, 1935 by Pulawski (1965).
