Distribution in Iran: Sistan-o Baluchestan (de Beaumont 1970).

General distribution: Algeria, Djibouti, Egypt, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kuwait, Morocco, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates.

Remarks: This species was first recorded as Palarus fabius Nurse, 1903 by de Beaumont (1970).
