Description, male. Body length 3.92 mm. Head and mesosoma black; wings clear hyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head wide. Flagellomeres short, with dense and short setae. Mandible narrow and with wide teeth equally wide. Median clypeal lobe angulate, short. Frons coriaceous , projected anteriorly. Antennal scrobe carinate. Eye small, circumocular suture present. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle acute; ocelli large. Vertex strongly convex. Pronotal disc as long as wide, strongly coriaceous ; transverse pronotal carina complete; with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus narrow. Mesoscutellar sulcus narrow. Metapectal-propodeal disc short; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges absent; metapostnotal-propodeal suture fused with first metapostnotal carina; paraspiracular carina present and inconspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea closed; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture closed. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein distinguished. Mesotibia spinose. Claws bifid. Metasomal segments sparsely setose. Genitalia. Basiparamere longer than paramere; paramere slender, rounded, with ventral and dorsal margin straight, and base angled, glabrous; basivolsella straight; cuspis with arms short, dorsal arm wide; aedeagus with basal portion convex and wide, and apical portion as long as basal and swollen; apodeme slender.

Distribution. Brazil: Pará, Espírito Santo.
Remarks. This new species differs from A. olivaceus by having the body black; the clypeus rounded and short; the antennal scrobe carinate; the eye small; the notaulus wide; the mesopleuron with the lower fovea and mesopleural suture closed; the paramere distinctly longer than the basiparamere; the basivolsella with an inner marginal excavation; the cuspis ventral arm with a basal projection; and the apical portion of the aedeagus wide, whereas A. olivaceus has the body with darkish green reflection and the propodeum black; the clypeus angulate and long; the antennal scrobe carinate, but weak; the eye large; the notaulus very narrow; the mesopleuron with the lower fovea and mesopleural suture opened; the paramere longer than the basiparamere; the basivolsella straight; the cuspis ventral arm without a basal projection; and the aedeagus with the apical portion slender.
