Redescription, female. Body length 5.38 mm. Head with green reflection; mesosoma with green reflection and metapectal-propodeal disc black; wings clear hyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head long. Mandible with five distal teeth, wide, slightly angled, and step-shaped. Median clypeal lobe rounded, short; median clypeal carina hardly distinct from clypeus. Frons coriaceous ; antennal scrobe ecarinate. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle acute; ocelli very small. Vertex straight. Pronotal disc as long as wide, sparsely punctate; transverse pronotal carina absent; posterior margin without posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus very narrow. Mesoscutellar disc with mesoscutellar sulcus narrow. Metapectal-propodeal disc long; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges present; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina absent; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc polished; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea closed; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture closed. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein not distinguished. Mesotibia spinose; claws trifid.
Metasomal segments sparsely setose. Genitalia. T9 with anterior arm long and overlapping 2vf; 1vv as long as genitalia body; 2vv as long as 1vv length, smoothly narrowing apicad; 3vv short; 1vf strongly curved forward; 2vf slender and with dorsal lap strongly swollen posteriorly; 1rv slightly curved forward, ventral process small, and posterior process short; 2rv slightly curved forward.
Redescription, male. Body length 4.46 mm. Head with darkish green reflection; mesosoma with darkish green reflection and metapectal-propodeal disc black; wings clear hyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head wide. Flagellomeres short, with dense and short setae. Mandible narrow, curved, and with lower tooth longer than others. Median clypeal lobe angulate, long. Frons coriaceous . Antennal scrobe ecarinate. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle acute; ocelli large. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc as long as wide, strongly coriaceous ; transverse pronotal carina absent; with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus very narrow. Mesoscutellar sulcus narrow. Metapectal-propodeal disc short; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges present; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina absent; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc polished; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea opened; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture opened. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein distinguished. Mesotibia not spinose. Claws trifid. Metasomal segments glabrous. Genitalia. Basiparamere as long as paramere; paramere wide, rounded, and with ventral margin convex and dorsal margin straight, glabrous; basivolsella with apical excavation at inner margin; cuspis with arms very short, with basal projection at inner margin., dorsal arm wide; aedeagus with basal portion convex and slender, and apical portion as long as basal and very slender; apodeme slender.
