Redescription, male. Body length 5.08 mm. Head with darkish green reflection; mesosoma with darkish green reflection and metapectal-propodeal disc black; wings sub-hyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head long. Flagellomeres long, with sparse and short setae. Mandible narrow, curved, and with two upper teeth wider than others. Median clypeal lobe angulate, long, with median apical tooth. Frons coriaceous . Antennal scrobe carinate, but weak. Eye small. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle acute; ocelli large. Vertex straight. Pronotal disc shorter than wide, polished; transverse pronotal carina complete; with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus very narrow. Mesoscutellar sulcus narrow. Metapectal-propodeal disc short; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges present; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina present and inconspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc polished; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea opened; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture opened. Forewing with stigma not developed; Rs&M vein distinguished. Mesotibia not spinose. Claws trifid. Metasomal segments glabrous. Genitalia. Basiparamere shorter than paramere; paramere slender, rounded, and with ventral margin convex and dorsal margin straight, sparsely setose; basivolsella with a projection at basal portion of inner margin; cuspis with arms long, dorsal arm wide; aedeagus with basal portion convex and slender, and apical portion longer than basal, slender and swollen; apodeme slender.

Redescription, female. Body length 4.22 mm. Head with green reflection; mesosoma with green reflection and metapectal-propodeal disc black; wings subhyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head wide. Mandible with four distal teeth, narrow, angled, and with superior tooth curved upward. Median clypeal lobe angulate, short, with apical margin truncate. Frons coriaceous ; with frontal process; antennal scrobe ecarinate. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle obtuse; ocelli very small. Vertex straight. Pronotal disc as long as wide, strongly coriaceous ; transverse pronotal carina complete; posterior margin with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus narrow. Mesoscutellar disc with mesoscutellar sulcus narrow. Metapectal-propodeal disc long; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges present; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina present and conspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea opened; posterior fovea present; mesopleural suture opened. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein not distinguished. Mesotibia not spinose; claws bifid. Metasomal segments glabrous. Genitalia. T9 with anterior arm long and overlapping 2vf; 1vv slightly longer than genitalia body; 2vv shorter than 1vv length, smoothly narrowing apicad; 3vv long; 1vf strongly curved forward; 2vf slender, angled, and with dorsal lap strongly swollen posteriorly; 1rv strongly curved forward, ventral process small, and posterior process short; 2rv strongly curved forward.
