Description, male. Body length 3.69 mm. Head and mesosoma black; wings clear hyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head long. Flagellomeres short, with dense and short setae, and with angulate projection at third and fourth flagellomeres. Mandible narrow, slightly angled, with lower tooth longer than others. Median clypeal lobe rounded, short, with apical median tooth. Frons coriaceous . Antennal scrobe carinate. Eye small, circumocular suture present. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle obtuse; ocelli large. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc as long as wide, strongly coriaceous ; transverse pronotal carina complete; with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus narrow. Mesoscutellar sulcus narrow; posterior mesoscutellar sulcus present. Metapectal-propodeal disc short; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges absent; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina present and conspicuous; metapleural carina present and inconspicuous; metapectalpropodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea closed; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture closed. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein distinguished. Mesotibia not spinose. Claws bifid. Metasomal segments sparsely setose. Genitalia. Basiparamere longer than paramere; paramere wide, rounded, with ventral margin convex and dorsal margin straight, and with basal portion angled, sparsely setose; basivolsella straight, angled, and with apical inner projection; cuspis with arms very short, dorsal arm wide; aedeagus with basal portion distinct angled and very wide, and apical portion shorter than basal, wide, and truncate; apodeme wide.

Distribution. Brazil: Roraima, Goiás.

Remarks. This new species differs from A. venustus by having the mandible with the lower tooth longer than the others; the antenna not elongate; the clypeus with the apical margin rounded, short, and with an apical median tooth; the antennal scrobe carinate; the circumocular suture present; the anterior angle of the ocellar triangle obtuse; the mesopleuron with the lower fovea closed; the paramere shorter than the basiparamere, wide, and with the basal portion angled; the basivolsella straight, angled, and with an apical inner projection; the cuspis with the arms very short; and the aedeagus with the basal and apical portions wide, whereas A. venustus has the mandible with the two upper teeth wider than the others; the antenna elongate; the clypeus with the apical margin angulate, long, and without an apical median tooth; the antennal scrobe carinate, but weak; the circumocular suture absent; the anterior angle of the ocellar triangle acute; the mesopleuron with the lower fovea opened; the paramere longer than the basiparamere, slender, and with the basal portion not uniform; the basivolsella with a projection at the basal portion of the inner margin; the cuspis with the arms long; and the aedeagus with the basal and apical portions slender.
