Diagnosis: This species could be distinguished by the following combination of characters: in larva (i) gills II–VII without papillae; and (ii) presence of spines on posterior margin of abdomen.
Distribution: India (Himachal Pradesh) and Nepal.
Remarks: The larva of this species was insufficiently described from Kulu-Valley, Himachal Pradesh ( India) and Nepal by Braasch (2006b). Adult stages are unknown.
