Luciola (Luciola) hamulata – McDermott, 1966: 105.

Luciola (Pygoluciola) hamulata – Ballantyne, 1968: 121 Diagnosis. – Most similar to P. stylifer , distinguished by the non curved legs and the apex of abdominal tergite 8 being entire (that of stylifer is emarginate).
