Description. Body light brown-yellow. Vertex ( Figs 1, 2 View FIGURES 1–12 ) with light pink spot at apex, two ivory-white stripes around light pink apical spot semi-arclike. Pronotum ( Figs 1, 2 View FIGURES 1–12 ) with median and posterior margin dark. Face ( Figs. 3, 4 View FIGURES 1–12 ) with frontoclypeus long and narrow; anteclypeus broad, nearly pentagonal. Forewing ( Fig. 5 View FIGURES 1–12 ) light brown-yellow, apical part little dark.
Male abdominal apodemes ( Fig. 7 View FIGURES 1–12 ) extended to hind margin of fourth sternite.
Pygofer side ( Fig. 8 View FIGURES 1–12 ) broad, with numerous microsetae and microtrichia and single small macroseta along hind margin subapically. Subgenital plate ( Fig. 9 View FIGURES 1–12 ) with 4 submarginal macrosetae, row of short marginal microsetae from subbase to apex and some microsetae scattered on distal disc. Style ( Fig. 10 View FIGURES 1–12 ) with subapex extremely elongated, whole margin of apex and inner margin of subapex serrated, not smooth. Preapical lobe small but distinct, with four sensory pits near preapical lobe. Aedeagal shaft ( Figs 11, 12 View FIGURES 1–12 ) expanded in lateral view, narrow and straight in ventral view, longer than length of dorsal apodeme and preatrium respectively. Ventral and apical margins of shaft serrated. Unpaired process branched near center, arising from subapically, directed ventrad. Gonopore apical on ventral surface. Connective (Fig. 13) with lateral arms and stem well developed, but central lobe indistinct.
Measurement. Male length 3.0–3.2 mm, female length 3.1–3.2 mm.
Material examined. Holotype: ♂, CHINA, Yunnan Prov., Lijiang , 07. VIII. 2006, coll. Qiongzhang Song. Paratypes: 1♂, 2♀♀, same data as holotype .
Etymology. This new specific epithet is named for its type locality, Lijiang, Yunnan Prov., China.
