Diagnosis. The male genitalia are very close to those of the following species F. supriella Park, but can be separated by the shorter cucullus and the saccus with round base. The female is as yet unknown.
Adult ( Fig. 25 View FIGURES 17 – 32 , lectotype). Wingspan, 12.0–13.5 mm.

Material examined. 1♂ (lectotype), Dibidi, N. Coorg. Newcome, X 8 [19]06, gen. prep. no. BM-8661, and five additional specimens in BMNH.
