Argentina: Buenos Aires, Chaco, Córdoba, Corrientes, Formosa, Jujuy, La Rioja, Misiones, Salta, San Juan, Santa Fe, Santiago del Estero, and Tucumán ( Melo and Montemayor 2015); Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Venezuela, West Indies, and United States (Florida and Texas) ( GöllnerScheiding 1978).
