Diagnosis. Female. Length, 0.43 mm. Head yellow; ocelli red, arranged in obtuse triangle; eye dark. Antenna yellow, scape cylindrical, 4.5× as long as broad; funicle segment quadrate; clava 7× as long as broad. Mesosoma yellow. Fore wing 4× as long as broad, hyaline with an infuscate patch beneath stigmal vein; disc sparsely setose; marginal fringe distinctly longer than wing width. Legs yellow. Gaster yellow, longer than mesosoma; ovipositor not exserted.

Male. Unknown.

Distribution. India: Madhya Pradesh.

Comments. The diagnosis given above is based on the original description given by Yousuf & Joshi (2003). This species appears similar to O. longirhinaria Yousuf & Shafee , but can be separated from the latter in having the funicle quadrate, clava 7× as long as broad, and marginal fringe distinctly longer than wing width. In O. longirhinaria the funicle is 1.74× as long as broad, clava 4× as long as broad, and marginal fringe as long as wing width.
