Nemoura sahlbergi is a Palaearctic, and possibly circumpolar species ( Teslenko & Bazova 2009). It occurs in the northernmost parts of Fennoscandia and is common in the province of Finnmark ( Lillehammer 1985; 1988:118). Lillehammer probably used this material for his description of the nymph ( Lillehammer 1972b). Figure 2 View Fig shows one of the epiprocts in the slide collection.
