Differential diagnosis. Laccobius incisus belongs to the group of species with unordered elytral punctures and curved hind tibiae. Within this group it resembles L. affinis and L. egregius by the dark elytral colour without clear spots and stripes. It is chiefly distinguishable from these two species by the shape of the aedeagus ( Figs. 17-19 View Figs View Figs ), with inner margin of the parameres hooked before the apex. Externally, it differs from these species by the lack of shagreen and black hairs on head and pronotum and by the parasutural furrow reaching elytral apex.
Distribution. India (Uttar Pradesh), Nepal.
