Synonymy. Type locality: Armenia, eastern vicinities of Yerevan (≈ 40.1°N 44.6°E). The species was described from 2 females; according to the authors, it is related to L. kowarzi ( Canzoneri, Meneghini 1972) . Due to kind help of Dr. Marco Uliana, the curator of the Entomology section at the Natural History Museum of Venice, Italy, I received the quality images of the holotype ( Figs 1–3 View Figs 1–3 ),which show that it is female of Coenosia atra . So, Coenosia atra Meigen, 1830 = Lispe armeniaca Canzoneri & Meneghini, 1972 , syn. nov, this taxon is excluded from the Palaearctic Lispe .
