Specimens collected. One female on Rosmarinus officinalis L. ( Lamiaceae ) in Montpellier SupAgro campus, France (43°36’55.4”N, 3°51’40.4”E), on 11/09/2017.
Known distribution. Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Czech Republic, Czechoslovakia, Denmark, Egypt, England, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Madeira Island, Moldova, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, USA.
Measurements (one female)
Dorsum. Dorsal shield 322 long and 166 wide at level of setae s4, 174 at level of setae S2 and 166 at level of setae S4; well sclerotised, reticulated all-over, with three pairs of solenostomes (gd2, gd6, gd9). 17 pairs of dorsal setae and two pairs of sub-lateral setae: j1 21; j6 20; J2 26; J5 6; z2 19; z3 26; z4 28; Z4 39; Z5 60; s4 32; s6 33; S2 36; S4 42; r3 24; R1 21. All setae smooth, except Z4 and Z5, slightly serrated. Peritreme extending forwards between the bases of setae j3–z2.
Ventral idiosoma. Sternal shield smooth, with two pairs of setae (st1, st2) and poroids iv1 and iv2. Distances st1–st1 49, st2–st2 56 st1–st2 34. Setae st3 and st4 and poroids iv3 tylochorous. Genital shield smooth with clear genital sigilla (1–3 pairs). The 4 th and 5 th pairs of genital sigilla clearly visible between the bases of the setae ZV1. The 6 th pair of sigilla (sgpa) rounded, posteriorly to the setae ZV1. Ventrianal shield sub-pentagonal, slightly reticulated, with the anterior margin convex and a constriction at the level of setae JV3. Four pairs of pre-anal setae, JV1, JV2, JV3 and ZV2 on the ventrianal shield. Length of the ventrianal shield 104, width at level of setae ZV2 90, at level of setae JV2 80, at level of setae JV3 75 and at level of para-anal setae 69. Solenostome gv3 absent. Setae JV5 46 long.
Chelicera. Fixed digit 26 long with three subapical teeth and the pilus dentilis; movable digit 27 long with two sub-apical teeth.
Legs. Genu II with eight setae, 2 2/1 2/0 1; Legs IV with a pointed macrosetae on the basitarsus, StIV 37 long. Enlarged setae present on genu (22) and tibia (25).
Insemination apparatus. Major duct very short, cylindrical, sometimes visible. Atrium well differentiated with embolus and minor duct visible. A cylindrical neck between the atrium and calyx. The shape of the calyx is campanulate, elongated and thick-walled, 12 long and 5 wide.
