Originally described from Brazil. Additional locality and deposition records have been published for Venezuela ( Perkins, 2019c). Habitus and male genitalia images are given in Perkins (2019a, 2019c). The following new locality records are from Bolivia and Brazil

Material examined (12): Bolivia: Beni, Beni Stn., Palm Camp, NE. of San Borja , 1.viii.1988, leg. Robert W. Brooks (1 SEMC) . Brazil: Mato Grosso, Rio Bento Gomes (Pantanal); Flussabschnitt bei Periquito , (15°54’S, 56°33’W), 1.i.1993 – 30.xii.1994, leg. E. Stuhr (30) (11 NMW) .
