MATERIAL EXAMINED. Russia: Moskovskaya oblast’, Pushkinskiy rayon, Pushkino,

Mamontovka, 10–20.VII 2000 (E.Ya. Shuvakhina) [1 ♀, UCRC] .

DIAGNOSIS. FEMALE (specimen from the European part of Russia). Body length (slidemounted specimen) 0.67 mm. Antenna ( Fig. 51 View Figs 51–54 ) with scape (excluding radicle) 2.9× as long as wide, smooth; all funiculars shorter than pedicel, F2 2.0× as long as wide, F3 and F6 the longest funiculars, F3, F5 and F6 each with 2 mps; clava with 6 mps, 2.7× as long as wide,

1.4× as long as combined length of F5 and F6. Fore wing ( Fig. 52 View Figs 51–54 ) 6.2× as long as wide;

longest marginal seta 1.5× maximum wing width; marginal space separated from medial space by 1–2 lines of setae. Hind wing ( Fig. 52 View Figs 51–54 ) 17.5× as long as wide; longest marginal seta 3.9×

maximum wing width, disc with 1 irregular row of setae apically. Metatarsomere 1 slightly shorter than metatarsomere 2 ( Fig. 54 View Figs 51–54 ). Ovipositor ( Fig. 53 View Figs 51–54 ) occupying about 0.7× length of gaster (and thus not extending forward under mesosoma), not exserted beyond apex of gaster posteriorly, and 1.0× length of metatibia.
