Description

Shell white, small, inflated, posteriorly rostrate. A radial ridge extends from the umbo to the posterior-ventral corner, that is, along the rostrum. Shell surface with dense concentric riblets. Numerous teeth along the anterior and posterior hinge margins. Small resilifer below umbo.

Distribution

Japan, Sri Lanka. Sandy mud bottom. New record for Hong Kong.
