Description: ♀: Body length 17.5‒20 mm. Flagellum slightly lanceolate, with 53‒55 flagellomeres, 1 st flagellomere (without anellus) 1.5‒1.8× longer than wide; 2 nd flagellomere 1.4‒1.5× longer than wide, combined length 0.44‒0.47× eye length, 8 th flagellomere square, widest flagellomeres 1.3‒1.6× wider than long. Temple strongly and almost linearly narrowed behind eye. OED 1.2× and OOD 1.0× ocellar diameter. MI 0.5‒0.7. Gena slightly swollen, laterally 0.8‒1.0× as wide as eye, with scattered punctures ventrally.

Mesosoma covered with pale brownish hairs. Mesoscutum densely punctate and granulate. Mesopleuron and metapleuron with coarse punctures, partly rugose; juxtacoxal carina strong. Scutellum about as long as wide, punctate, without or with lateral carina in basal 0.2. Area superomedia halfmoon-shaped, square or slightly wider than long, rugose or with smoothened surface. Hind coxa densely punctate and granulate, without scopa. Hind femur 3.5‒3.8× longer than wide, densely punctate. 3 rd mid tarsomere c.1.7× longer than wide.

Areolet pentagonal, frontal distance between veins 2rs-m and 3rs-m 2‒3× their width; vein 2m-cu slightly dis- tad its middle. Vein 1cu-a postfurcal by 3× its width.

Lateral field of postpetiolus punctate, 0.5‒0.6× as wide as median field, the latter finely aciculate. 2 nd tergite as long as wide. Thyridium 0.9‒1.0× as wide as the interval. 2 nd to 4 th tergites densely punctate and granulate, ± aciculate medially. Seen from dorsal, ovipositor sheath 0.5‒0.8× as long as 7 th tergite.

Color: Black, metasoma sometimes with ± bluish shine. Stripes on flagellomeres 8/9‒16/17, palps, mandible except teeth, side of clypeus, inner orbit up to vertex, gena and outer orbit ventrally, collare, wide upper margin and lateral spot of pronotum, two paramedian stripes on mesoscutum, often spot on tegula and on subtegular ridge, spot on mesopleuron, sometimes spot on meosternum, scutellum, postscutellum, spots on area dentipara and area petiolaris, spots on all coxae and fore and mid (sometimes all) trochanters, apical spots on all femora, subbasal rings of all tibiae and frontal stripes on fore and mid tibiae, stripes on tarsomeres. Wings slightly infuscate; pterostigma dark brown, paler proximally.

♂: Body length 20.5 mm. Flagellum with 50 flagellomeres. Tyloids on flagellomeres 7‒22, long-oval, maximal- ly 0.6× as long as their flagellomere. Temple strongly but roundly narrowed behind eye. OED 1.2× ocellar diameter. MI 0.25. Fore metatarsus without apical tooth. Hind femur 4.2× longer than wide. Scutellum without lateral carina. Area superomedia halfmoon-shaped, slightly wider as long. Lateral field of postpetiolus 0.5× as wide as median field. 2 nd tergite about as long as wide; thyridium oblique, about as wide as the interval.

Color: Black. Stripes on flagellomeres 9/10‒17, palps, mandible except teeth, clypeus, face, wide frontal orbit up to vertex, gena and ventral outer orbit, scape ventrally, collare, upper margin and ventral edge of pronotum, tegula, subtegular ridge, two longitudinal stripes on mesoscutum, round spot on mesopleuron, caudal spot on mesosternum, scutellum and postscutellum, propodeal spots around dentiparal edge and on area petiolaris, posterolateral spots on postpetiolus, fore and mid coxae and trochanters, hind coxa and trochanter apically, fore and mid legs frontally, frontal stripes on hind femur and tibia, subbasal rings on all tibiae, hind tarsus (sometimes except base and tip of metatarsus) yellowish.
