Mesopleuron and metapleuron with dense punctures; juxtacoxal carina present. Scutellum moderately elevated, about as long as wide, with lateral carina in basal 0.3 and dense punctures. Propodeum rounded. Area superomedia elevated, sickle-shaped, 1.8‒2.0× wider than long, finely rugose-punctate; anterior transversal carina caudal to its middle. Area petiolaris rugose-punctate, with lateral carina. Fore metatarsus without apical tooth. Hind femur 4.0× longer than wide.

Areolet pentagonal, frontal distance between veins 2rs-m and 3rs-m 1‒2× their width; vein 2m-cu distad its middle. Vein 1cu-a postfurcal by 1‒2× its width.

Lateral field of postpetiolus 0.4× as wide as median field, punctate; median field elevated, aciculate. Gastrocoelus strongly impressed. Thyridium oblique, 1.2× wider than the interval, the interval narrower than the median field of postpetiolus. 2 nd tergite 1.05× wider than long. 2 nd to 4 th tergites densely punctate and granulate; 2 nd and 3 rd tergites entirely striate medially, 4 th tergite only basally.

Color: Black. Apical half of scutellum and apical spot on median field of postpetiolus diffusely reddish (in HT) or black (in specimen from Mt. Hyonosen). Legs brown; fore and mid femora, tibiae and tarsi yellowish frontally; hind trochantellus, hind femur basally, basal 2/3 of hind tibia and hind tarsomeres ± reddish-yellow.
