Material examined. HNHM: Greece: 233, 4ƤƤ, 2009/58, Arkadia county, Aroania Mts., Zarelia, rocky alpine grassland and limestone rocks under Mt. Nisi, 1600m, N37°56.543’ E22°14.067’, 0 7.04.2009, leg. LD, JK & DM.
Distribution in the Balkans. Greece: Arkadia, highland in Tripoli (type locality) ( Verhoeff, 1900), Peloponnese, Lake Stymphalia, W–shore ( Strasser 1974).
World distribution. Endemic to the Peloponnese, Greece.
Remarks. Based on the original description by Verhoeff (1900) and Strasser’s (1974) report, this is the third record of the species, fitting well into its previously defined, high-altitude distribution.
