Distribution in the Balkans. Greece: Naxos Island, „Troulades” (type locality, possibly Troulos, which is a 605m high peak in eastern Naxos) ( Mauriès & Karamaouna 1984).

World distribution. Endemic to Naxos, the Cyclades, Greece.

Remarks. Described on the basis of one male and six females, no new data has emerged since its original description.
